DVD-RW erasure and burning

Hi.

I have issues with rewritable medias.

I erased a CD-RW, burnt a data project on it. I had a dialog asking me for manual ejection. I ejected. Now, the CD can't be either mounted or erased. (I guess that means it's dead.)

I tried with a DVD-RW. Same symptoms.

Attaching a log.

I just burnt a CD (not a rewritable one) with success.

At the end I had the same dialog asking me to eject manually, but the CD is burnt correctly, so I suppose this ejection issue is not related to the problem.
