I'm ripping the UK version of Opeth's Watershed album, and the MusicBrainz album selection dialogue popped up. It listed 5 entries, all of which just said ‘Opeth’ and ‘Watershed’. There was no way to distinguish between them.

Would it be possible to list the barcode numbers or disc IDs for each possibility in a separate column? (Assuming MusicBrainz has them.)

Agreed.  Certainly listing the number of discs in the series is useful as often you'll get the same disc twice because one is the normal release (1/1) and one is the special edition with a bonus second CD (1/2).
