Ctrl+Alt+Del can not be sent in view only mode, but tool bar button remains sensitive

I pushed the fix to gnome-2-30, gnome-3-0 and master as commits 55a867d4089285a6cad8918041d1ba552d502889, 5c928350761440ad4c214c160db2554e48222209 and ecb09071fb4e6e5e3edf3bbbb118114ebd2151d3, thanks.
