Description Mark 2011-05-18 00:06:34 UTC
There are number of instances where it would be very useful to be able to print all open images together as though they were one document
- to make use of duplex printing
- to allow generation of, for example, a PDF (using one of many pseudo-printer packages that "print" to PDF) from a set of, say, scanned images

Using a script to invoke multiple prints does not achieve this effect, or so I believe, but would simply cause multiple consecutive print invocations.

Thanks for reporting and sorry for the delay on answer. I could imagine that a plugin for this would be interesting (though not necessarily released together with GIMP).

It would not be very difficult grammatically: using gimp_image_list() to get the list of opened images, then a GUI to customize your resulting layout. The difficult part is of course to know exactly what you are looking for and decide of the right GUI.
