When you open a project which has effect in it and you modify a property of the effect, then you can't undo/redo the changes on this property. If you add an effect after you open the projects, then it works fine.

This also implies that when you change the property value, there is no call to flushSeekVideo and the video is not updated until the user seeks in the video.
