Description aral 2010-10-18 08:54:48 UTC
Edit -> Preferences -> Privacy tab -> Clear

-> check "Saved Passwords", leave other entries unchecked (doesn't matter), -> "Clear"

Browser crashes instantly, no error message, nothing. And whatever causes this behaviour in the preferences is not cleared - 100% reproducible once it happened.

Since I do not wish to share my preferences possibly containing sensible information, I would like to know what files are involved in the saved passwords, so I can try and reproduce the crash error with just those, and then attach them to the bug report.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.

I'm sorry - I searched for a bug like that before submission, and somehow apparently failed to use the search mask correctly. Thanks for the notification! I am glad it has been solved for the upcoming version :)
