Evolution minimum window width too big for WXGA (1280 x 800) in portrait mode. Minimum message pane width too big to make folder names visible.

When using my notebook in tablet mode, it is not possible to resize evolution to fit on one screen. Moreover, when the evolution window is resized to the minimum width, it is not possible to move the ruler between message pane and folder overview to make folder names visible. See attached screenshot.

see bug 267787 - --express mode is recommended for this.
