I wrote this a long time ago, apparently. But forgot to do anything with it.

However, this has changed in latest SpiderMonkey upstream with the introduction of "compartments" which are separate heaps that I _think_ can be used from separate threads without having to begin/end request or something like that, or at least that's the eventual plan. OK I'm fuzzy on the details. but it changes with latest upstream, is the point.
