rectify welcome message link to ML

the welcome message has a wrong link to the Evolution mailing list. the current link does not work and produces a webpage that reads at the top

No such list evolution

The link is http://lists.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/evolution

but should be  http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/evolution-list instead.

Thanks for noticing this.  In applying your patch I noticed quite a few other links that were incorrect or obsolete, including the project website, Bugzilla, and the FAQ -- some still pointing to ximian.com!  Fixed everything I could find.
