GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 608173
DAAP share sometimes plays and sometimes doesn't
Last modified: 2018-05-24 14:57:06 UTC
I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 with Ubuntu 9.10 and Windows XP dual boot and another older Toshiba with just Ubuntu 9.10. I also have a Ubuntu 8.04 LTS running mt-daapd. If I boot up in Windows XP, the share shows up in iTunes and i can play music. If I boot up in Ubuntu 9.10 and start Rhythmbox, it sees the DAAP share, lists out all the music, plays the first few notes of the song, then goes silent. If I run Rhythmbox on the old Toshiba, it works great. What should I be looking for?
