Description Omer Akram 2009-12-09 15:32:54 UTC
when chatting on irc if i minimize the irc chat window the window list keeps on increasing unread count as chat goes on.

om26er, could you clarify why this is an issue? Shouldn't the unread count increase as more messages arrive in the IRC chat?
Comment 2 Omer Akram 2009-12-10 01:57:58 UTC
not only the messages that are for me but each and every chat between different peoples or the whole channel keeps increasing the count.
Comment 3 Omer Akram 2010-03-23 10:50:36 UTC
When a person sends a message with my name then the message count should increase but if they are talking to each other or to the channel the message count should not increase.

Reopening as the requested information has been provided.
