The combination of 0CB2+0CBE+0CB2+0CCD is not rendering properly. The actual
and the correct rendering are shown in the attached image

Very much similar to Telugu bug for akhand.

Reason for this problem is glyph substitution is not happening at syllable level in Pango(Gnome).
Status under  KDE and also with  the patch filed against the telugu bug will be helpful.

It is bug from font side, i have solved same problem in Lohit Kannada fonts
attaching font here for review
Please test it and let, if it is correct i will push same changes in lohit upstream

I have checked the attached font and rendering of the above mentioned combination looks perfect.

You can mark this as resolved once you commit the changes to upstream
