GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 584634
slideshow should always start from oldest photos to newest regardless of view modality
Last modified: 2018-07-12 00:03:48 UTC
This feature request was reported here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/f-spot/+bug/329870 If I don't select "opposite order" as photos view modality (view -> opposite order), that is f-spot displays photos starting from newest to oldest, slideshow should always run in opposite order modality, that is from oldest photos to newest. Actually, if you don't select "opposite order", slideshow start from newest photos to oldest. I think this is not a natural way of viewing photos in slideshow. Another way could be providing an option to select a reverse order to slideshow modality too.
F-Spot has moved to https://github.com/f-spot/f-spot/issues If this Bugzilla ticket is still valid in a recent version of F-Spot, please feel free to post this topic as a ticket in the F-Spot project on GitHub. Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping as we are planning to shut down GNOME Bugzilla in favor of GNOME Gitlab.
