GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 566705
Wrong vertically maximized windows after restart
Last modified: 2010-09-22 18:05:04 UTC
Please describe the problem: When the sawfish is restarted, windows which were vertically maximized before, are now stretched to the physical screen height, overlapping even the GNOME panel. Windows which are created or vertically maximized after sawfish is restarted are correct - they do not overlap the panel. Steps to reproduce: 1. open gnome-terminal, maximize it vertically 2. restart sawfish Actual results: gnome-terminal overlaps the GNOME panel. Expected results: the size of the terminal should remain the same as before the restart Does this happen every time? yes Other information: Also reported in sawfish-list in the mail with Subject: Vertically maximized windows after restart from 2009-01-05
confirming and changing version.
Fixed in upcoming Sawfish 1.7.0
