Please describe the problem:
I choose 'open with other application' and selected Epiphany for one text file. After that all text files are opened in Epiphany by default. I think Nautilus should not change default action unless asked for that. I also do not know how to change the default action for plain-text-document back to gedit.

This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.
