Description Djihed Afifi 2008-01-28 11:00:52 UTC
It would be very good if damned-lies could be used to notify of imminent releases.

Currently (only) some developers announce their intention to release on the mailing list, which not everybody gets.

Having a page in damned-lies that lists the packages by date of their intended release, with information about which branch is to be released could aid translators prioritise their efforts. This will motivate translators.

It will also encourage more developers to announce their release intentions.

Yes, this would be interesting. Marking it as enhancement.
