There is no way to copy the absolute path of an opened file to the clipboard. I
suggest adding a Copy Full Path command to the opened file's tab's context menu.
There might also be a Copy Full Path of Current File in the Edit menu.

Honestly I don't think that's such a frequent operation. Creating a plugin to add this should be easy though.
