SSA sample (125.83 KB, application/octet-stream)
2007-08-28 21:10 UTC, Sven Arvidsson

Description Sven Arvidsson 2007-08-27 17:58:56 UTC
The SSA subtitle parser doesn't support line breaks, which is a little annoying. According to this [0], SSA makes use of \n and \N for line breaks.

Got a sample file by any chance?

Sure, I'm attaching the subtitle.

Thanks, should be fixed now (haven't actually tested it because ssparse only supports ssa-in-matroska/container, but not from a separate file):

        * gst/subparse/gstssaparse.c:
          Convert SSA newline codes into actual newline characters (#470766).

Thank you! I just tried it on a mkv video, and it works great :)
