Created attachment 89652 [details] The exemple on the WINXP task manager. See the dialog for sellection CPU affinity.
The evil plan is to : - add support in libgtop for retrieving affinity of a process - add a cpu affinity column in system-monitor - add a dialog in system-monitor to configure the affinity of the selected processes.
Created attachment 89905 [details] [review] libgtop patch here's the patch for libgtop. retrieves the numerical list of bound processors. ::all is TRUE if the mask is full of 1. Could be great if you could test example/affinity

Currently libgtop supports getting process cpu affinity, but not setting it. I have filed bug 681504 for libgtop to implement setting cpu affinity, and this bug is blocked on that one.
