Description Joachim Noreiko 2007-05-08 20:23:01 UTC
At first glance the Cover Art plugin seemed to do nothing at all -- for about three songs, it just showed a big picture of a CD case. I didn't know what this was meant to be or what it was supposed to do (it was enabled by default).

Suggestion: put a tooltip for when no cover art is found, saying something like 'No cover art is available for this song'.

So, there could be two different cases: 1) cd cover does not exist - show picture of cd case 2) cd cover could not be retrieved - show different picture or message or something like this

Why would anyone care about the difference?

Because they (like me) will want to know what course of action to take to fix it. It doesn't make sense when a popular and widely available album (or in my case, all of my albums actually) don't have any cover art retrieved.

So I check the internet connection.. hmmm, that's okay. Check the plugin description... yes, it says it downloads coverart from the internet. So now I'm stumped. I don't even know if it made an attempt. If I had more information I could maybe report a helpful bug.
