GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 425498
Option to allow Orca to quit without confirmation when user presses Insert-q
Last modified: 2008-07-22 19:26:59 UTC
Lorenzo raised this on the Orca mailing list. He would like the ability to just type Insert-q and Orca immediately quits. We wouldn't want it to be the default state, but having a checkbox on the General pane of the Orca Preferences that went something like: [ ] Quit Orca without confirmation that if checked, would just quit Orca after you'd typed Insert-q, would be a useful addition (and symmetry for the one about the main window being present).
Created attachment 85716 [details] [review] Patch to implement this feature. I've committed the patch. Please let me know if you'd like any adjustments before I close the bug as FIXED. Prepending "[pending]" to the Summary line.
This works for me. Thanks for doing it!
