Description of problem:
The folder pop-up menu does not translate the label "Mark Messages as Read" in Czech language.  The Czech translation is "Označit jako přečtené".

This problem is not limited to the Czech language. I can see it in German a French too.

Fixed in HEAD, gnome-2-18 and gnome 2-16 branches.
