There is a distributed source control system - SVK built on top of SVN that is called SVK.
It would be nice to have support for it in meld.
Even though I am no expert in Python and Perl - I might try to implement that feature (I do not promise that, so if someone is interested - just notify via this issue so that we can cooperate).

Hi Ash, all the vc plugins are maintained outside of the meld project.
If you want to start one, the meld list and svk lists are better places.
