This GNOME module should switch from using the old XML based documentation format to using the new gnome-doc-utils format. This allows translators to use the GNU gettext format (PO files) and to include the documentation into the statistics at http://progress.gnome.org/

We need to rewrite our documentation and I'm not sure how much is salvageable from the current docs.  I'll leave this open for now and close it when we have new docs using the new gnome-doc-utils format.
