What were you doing when the application crashed?
running an armyops run file to unstall the application

I was also downloading the win32codecs as on the online help pages in the community maintained part.  I copied and pasted the webpage commands into the terminal program

This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but the maintainers need more information to fix the bug. Could you please answer the questions in the other report in order to help the developers?
