An option to "unlink" the desktops. If I open Irc on desktop 2, and I'm working
on desktop 1, if someone talk to me, I don't want to see the flashin "irc"
window on my desktop 1...

See bug 305979 for the rationale.

We could change the "Windows from all workspace setting" to be "Only from current workspace", "Auto", "From all windows". I don't know if it makes much sense...
