Description of the crash:
The program will continually load the pannel, and will sometimes crash
due to loading the pannel too many times.  It will also bring up
irritating error messages saying that the pannel is already loaded, and
each time I close the message box, a new one is generated.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1.  Use my account to login
2. Often just work for a while, and you may come accross the error
3.
