Version details: 0.9.7

./configure && make
The build process doesn't enter the ext/wavpack directory, thus preventing the
wavpack plugins from being built and installed. That's because of a missing
entry in ext/Makefile.*

(btw, Makefile.in is generated from Makefile.am, so it doesn't need to be modified)
