GTK Themes aren't being used within Evolution

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Change theme
2. Open Evolution
3. Looks Disappointing

Actual Results:
All buttons and colours seem to be standardised.

Expected Results:
Buttons and colours should be the same as the theme being used.

How often does this happen?
All the time

Additional Information:
Maybe an option in the Settings to allow for GTK themes or the standard
dull theme.

I'm not sure what this bug means. Evolution is definately using the
theme for me, though not all widgets adhere to it. Could you attach
some screenshots pointing out the problems? This sounds like a dup of
many bugs, also.
