Crash when changing the background of desktop.
Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Change the background uing right click and "change desktop
background" function.

Expected Results:
Following alert appears:
"I've detected a panel already running,
and will now exit."

How often does this happen?
Almost everytime while changing a background.

Kernel: 2.6.5-1.358 // provided with distribution
Version: 2.6 // also provided with distribution
Graphic card: ATI Radeon 9000 (128MB)
Screen resolution: 1024x768
Changes I've made: icons, theme
Wallpapers format: JPG, GIF, resolution: 1024x768

Most of wallpapers are on Windows (FAT-32) partition mounted
automatically with system boot.
