Description:
Description of Problem:

On my Dell Inspiron 8100 laptop, the minimize window animation is slow
and poorly rendered.  All other window movements are fast and clean. 
Please either remove this animation, or provide an option to suppress it
or at least speed it up.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a window
2. Hit the minimize button in the window frame.
