The To-Create page/list of the since-last-run dialog is not setup correctly
upon prep/entry, which leads to other problems... [see dupe].

Bug#96665 is a symptom of this, thus the major Sev.  Targeted for
1.7.2-alpha.  Should be an easy fix.
