Package: gnome-panel Severity: normal Version: 2.0.6 Synopsis: Panel crashes on startup when second panel (corner) has "Notification Area" Bugzilla-Product: gnome-panel Bugzilla-Component: Panel BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.0.3) Description: Description of Problem: When gnome-panel starts, it crashes just as the second panel (a corner panel) is being drawn. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create a new corner panel. 2. Add a few launchers. 3. Add a window list. 4. Add a notification area. Actual Results: Crashes. Expected Results: I should see a notification area created on the second panel. How often does this happen? Every time gnome-panel tries to start. Additional Information: Debugging Information: Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/gnome-panel' (no debugging symbols found)...(no debugging symbols found)...[New Thread 8192 (LWP 4331)] 0x420ae169 in wait4 () from /lib/i686/libc.so.6
