Description:
Description of Problem:
every now and again the batt_stat_applet_2 crashes as soon as the panel
starts up

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. have the battery stat applet as part of the panel from a previous
session
2. login
3. applet crash pane appears

Actual Results:
applet crashes.  clicking through the panes to kill and restart it works
fine

Expected Results:
crash free start up

How often does this happen?
intermitently.  unfortunately i haven't tracked down any pattern.
