Description:
Description of Problem:
Setting up a new Gnome2 desktop profile, I added the Workspace Switcher
applet to my menu panel.  Opened preferences and used the spin control
to decrease the display to use 1 row to display the 4 workspaces and it
dumped.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Decrease the number of workspaces
2. 
3. 

Actual Results:
Dump

Expected Results:
Number of rows for workspace display decrements.

This is using latest RedHat RawHide G2 RPMS (all up to date as of
8/30).
