Add, Viewer component, Default action have no mnemonics in the Add/Edit
File type dialog.

While we're in there several of the accelerators conflicted.  I've also noticed
that some labels have trailing colons, and some do not.  What is the policy here ?

I've made the string changes in head, but will leave the bug open pending the colons.

Ok, Glyn set me straight.
Colons added and capitalization fixed.
