Un #ifdef'd out the panel code for menu editing.
Bring up the 'entire menu > properties' dialog and change the name. Updates
nicely in the panel. Refresh associating nautilus view, and keep the same
name...and vice versa :/

Interestingly enough, the panel doesn't seem to sync the changes if I drag
and drop or delete from a nautilus view ;(
