This bug has been fixed in version 0.90. Please contact your Dia packager for an update, or compile the new version, if you feel up to that. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 52836 ***

I think I'm missing something - this bug (and 96645, 98525) all occured in 0.90, so I'm not sure how it could have been fixed.
Oops, I was a bit too fast there. We've had so many duplicates of 52836. This bug is most likely a problem with finding fonts. I've only seen those on Unix so far, don't know how to handle them on Windows.
*** Bug 99225 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
Judging from the traces, this is a problem with finding fonts. Since font handling has been completely changed in CVS, I cannot tell if this problem persists. I suspect it happens because of remote font servers, something that Dia has never liked. If you could compile the recent CVS version and see if you can reproduce it, let me know.
Lars: Judging from the traces, and the wording - SIGSEG is called access violation on windoze, there is no stack trace facility built-in in Dia on win32 - this is still a *nix only bug.
*** Bug 97621 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
This is because of missing fonts. If you install the fonts packaged for Ghostscript (gsfonts-x11 package for Debian), it should go away. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 89640 ***
