Moving to gnome-core.
This is a panel bug that appears to only effect gnome-core 1.4.0.4. If at all possible, please upgrade to the latest stable 1.4.x release of gnome-core and gnome-libs. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 77540 ***
