1. Go to start-here:/
2. Go to preferences:/
3. Start the sound-capplet
4. Close it
5. Go to advanced

Additional information:
Executed with a completely new account, so settings could not be the
problem. Probbably duplicate of a registerd bug. Will file duplicate
bugnumber soon

Executed this as a test for bug 84693 as a brand new user, so no
settings would cause any troubles, still having same behaviour. Being
a duplicate i'm closing this bug as a duplicate of 84693, further
comments on this bug will be reported there.
