Description Alex Duggan 2002-06-14 15:13:02 UTC
Using nautilus 1.1.19

When using nautilus in the list view at 25% for a few minutes, the left
hand column of icons will often totally disappear. I have not determined
the exact steps to reproduce every time, but after serveral minutes of use,
it happens to me nearly 100% of the time. It can be fixed by zooming up to
50% and then back down to 25%. This problem only occurs at the 25% level.

A screenshot of the problem can be seen here:

strange, what theme are you using??
Comment 2 Alex Duggan 2002-06-15 14:34:07 UTC
I'm using ximian-north. I haven't tried other themes yet to see if
the problem happens with them too.
Comment 3 Luis Villa 2002-06-26 00:21:52 UTC
Very borderline high- fairly visible though.
Comment 4 Alex Graveley 2002-06-28 00:47:50 UTC
i can duplicate 100% of the time by zooming to 25, and opening another
window to the same directory. icon is still missing even after a restart.

Patch to fix it
Comment 6 Damon Chaplin 2002-07-01 17:40:31 UTC
It wasn't setting the pixbuf column when creating the treeview, and it
only set it when changing the zoom level. So if the zoom level didn't
need to be changed (i.e. was 25%) it wan't setting the pixbuf column.
Comment 7 Dave Camp 2002-07-01 17:47:59 UTC
Looks good, please commit.
Comment 8 Damon Chaplin 2002-07-01 19:29:19 UTC
patch applied.

Please reopen if you still see the problem.
