Instead create a properties dialog, that can be opened from the context
menu of a folder or bookmark.

The folder properties dialog would only have items in it that are relevant
to folders, and bookmarks properties dialog would only have items in it
relevant  to bookmarks (basically some of the current properties do not
apply to folders so they shouldn't be included in a folder properties dialog).

Yes, actually it is already my plan. Started to implment it, but I
need to dessign all the dialogs still.

This is done. Only context menus are missing, but that's another bug.
