Description Ryan Hilton 2002-06-11 02:57:51 UTC
Package: panel
Version: 1.4.0.8
Severity:

>Synopsis: Panel dies when running mplayer
>Class: sw-bug
System: RedHat 7.2, Ximian Gnome, glibc-2.2.4-24, all up to date with RPM packages

>Description:
About every 5th time or so playing an mpeg using mplayer my panel will die. It comes right back but this has just started to become a really annoying "feature" as it is my favorite movie player. This happens both when using mplayer from command line and from using it as a handler for .mpg and .mpeg files.

>How-To-Repeat:
mplayer <moviename.mpg>, mplayer -fs <moviename.mpg>, etc. etc.
