When converting a .glade file containing a GtkFixed widget the x, y
properties of the child widgets are not placed in the packing node of the
XML file and the libglade parser reports errors on these properties.

Just moving the x,y properties to a <packing> section of the widget solve
the problem...

Is this still true? And is it really a regression since GNOME 1.x?

Should be fixed now.  It is only an issue for people wanting to convert a 1.x
glade file for use with libglade-2.x, which is becomming less and less of an issue.
