Description:

The panel (i'm using slightly old (2 day? 3 day?)  gnome2 snapshots) has
issued forth a crash while I was searching for a preferences program. 

This has not happened in at least of week of seemingly equally busy use.
I wish I could be more specific- hope the stack trace helps.

Assuming this is an old version because the report says 1.5.20
