Background image gets clipped

The background image and the blueish "sidebar" on the front page does not cover up the whole page unless the text on the page does so.

yes, I think that this is a gtkhtml2 bug but I will have to investigate a little further.
talked to Jonas Borgström about this and he believed it to be Gtkhtml2 so moving there.

Some more info about this bug: When increasing the height of the window, the "new" area is not drawn (i.e. it's grey) but after resizing horizontally, it's drawn correctly. An expose event is not enough, it really needs resizing horizontally.
Can't reproduce this in yelp or devhelp. Closing as fixed.
