When I reboot the machine, it happens. Then I saw the message pop up "Application panel (process 1567) has crashed due to a fatal error. I can't get the the panel. I heppens very often.

Please try the latest 1.4.x releases of gnome-libs and gnome-core.
RPMs are available at http://www.gnome.org/~kmaraas if you can
make use of those. Also report back here whether the upgrade fixes the
problem for you.
