Log Out Dialog: command button should update if you select a different action
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
In the Log Out Dialog, command button should update if you select a different action. Steps to Reproduce: 1) Actions Log Out 2) Select "Shut Down" Radio Button 3) Command Button remains "Log Out"
Dave: didn't you file this already? I'm looking but I can't find it at all... [maybe I'm misremembering that it was you, but in that case, I still can't find it.]
no my bug was a more general, we should divide this dialog up into three seperate actions in the actions menu, i think seth was thinking it too. This is a more short term consistency issue with the current logout dialog, if you choose shutdown the button still says logout, i think we should just change the button to say "OK" as this would clear up the inconsistency for now.
sure - that'll work
Created attachment 8687 [details] [review] logout patch
have had this patch in my local sources for a while. might as well add it here - although it's probably easier to remove the lines yourself than apply the patch.
Reverted back to OK_CANCEL in cvs. No doubt it'll be changed again. sigh ...
