The patch below adds the following extensions to balsa's (cvs of May 16)
print routine:

* user-selectable fonts for printing header and footer lines and the text
bodies;
* color highlighting of cited text as on the screen display.

Files changed are:

* src/balsa_app.[hc]: define new fields in the main structure and
initialise them with reasonable values;
* src/save-restore.c: save & restore them;
* src/print.c: main part of the patch.

Patch commited to HEAD branch. It cannot be cleanly applied to BALSA_2.
