Description Andrew Sobala 2002-05-07 19:46:07 UTC
Version: 1.1.14

Entering an http:// URL into nautilus causes the disk to spin but nothing
ever appears.
Comment 1 John Fleck 2002-05-08 02:37:28 UTC
Did you build nautilus-gtkhtml as well?
Comment 2 Andrew Sobala 2002-05-08 18:36:07 UTC
I did build nautilus-gtkhtml. But it's acting differently today.

Yesterday links would not work at all (I tried several times), today
they are followed but the raw HTML is displayed instead of a rendered
web page.

I've got no idea why, I changed nothing. Sorry :-(

This is a mime type issue. In the view menu choose view as and than
choose gtkhtml.

marking a dupe of bug 81615, since this bug addresses the problem more
straight on.
